My sympathies go to Walter’s family. He was a great guy, and I have a lot of great memories from my younger years when I spent a lot of time staying down there at Grampie and Grammie’s. Walter was always in good humor, and humorous, and every once in a while I’ll think of something that happened involving Walter that makes me smile to myself.

Sending sympathy and prayers to all of Walter's family. I used to love talking to Walter about gardening and getting some tips. He loved talking about his kids and grandkids. He will certainly be missed. I had planned to come to the service tomorrow but can't seem to get rid of this "bug" I have and don't want to spread it.

I am so sad to hear of Walter’s passing. He was always a bright spot (along with Shirley) when visiting the doctor’s office. He shared wonderful stories of his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, his gardening and his much loved times at the rink. I have thought of Walter often since my retirement….the world has lost a truly wonderful kind man. Much sympathy to all his family.
