To Joe's Family
Joe you will be greatly missed. The constant jokes you used to pull on us all at Tim Hortons were funny. You were a great man. To Kitty and his family please except our deepest condolences and sympathies.

To Peter, Terrie & Andrea:
We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Joe. I remember visiting you & Cynthia, (when you had just moved into your brand new house), Joe would come upstairs to have a chat. He informed me, with a twinkle in his eyes, that he was going to get a raccoon tail & attach it to the antenna of his truck & drive through Windsor to check out the girls. He always liked to come upstairs for a visit & to be a tease. He's going to be missed.
Our deepest sympathies to you & the family.
Janis & Mack Banfield

He will be missed. He was a light in my day when he came for his massages.

Joseph Arsenault was one of my oldest clients that I have had the pleasure and privilege to work on. He was a client of mine since 2018. He was a wonderful, independent, interesting, conscientious person, (of manners, appearances and the rights and wrongs of life and society), and a humorous gentleman. He looked forward to his massages, (as he came on a regular basis) even when he would tell me he was sore afterwards. He still came back for more. He would tell his friends that he was going for a belly rub, (and we would laugh as he never had his belly rubbed).
He would come to clinic sometimes bearing treats and corny jokes and his stories of his life in the military (which he liked to share), along with the places he had been, the positions he had held and the people he encountered. I am blessed that Joe was a spark in my journey in life. He will be missed but not forgotten.

Peter and Terri,
We are so sorry for your loss. Joe was a great neighbour to us and we always enjoyed his chats and gardening advice.
Kitty and his Tim Horton’s buddies,
I know through our chats in the yard, often as he was getting ready to leave for Tim’s, how much his valued the comradery and friendship.
