Sorry to learn of Bud's passing, Dan and Family. I have played golf with Bud in tournaments and daily rounds at Avon Valley. They were always enjoyable especially watching that smooth lefty swing. Bud was always a competitor whether it was skipping a game or playing a round. He will be remembered by all who knew him.

I have many fond memories of Bud. As a teenager he was my Phys Ed Teacher and the Coach of multiple high school sports teams at WRHS. The most memorable was our team winning the NS School Field Hockey Championship in 1968!
As an adult we reconnected at Avon Valley Golf and Country Club & the Windsor Curling Club. He was gracious enough to ask me to curl on his team in several club bonspiels! Always the perfect gentleman he will be missed.
My sympathy to Bud’s family.

Dan, I well remember the golf games with Bud. As a “rookie”, he kept me on my toes, honest with the score, proper etiquette, and usually included a brief discussion on the state of investments in the stock market. The last few years have been a challenge for the whole family, and our thoughts go out to all.

Hello Dan: we Diadick girls of Middleton were your dad's cousins. I still enjoy looking at the pictures of your dad, Bud, and your uncle Graham, and my older sisters Roz and Sandra. I was too young to be in those but my friendships were with your aunts Marie and Linda. The three of us spent many good times together, while Bud and Graham and Roz and Sandra were off doing more athletics things than dolls! I am sorry for your loss, but I do look forward to seeing you, and certainly your aunts, in May. Sincere condolences, Karen Diadick Casselman, Wolfville

Dan, So very sorry to hear of Bud's passing. It was my pleasure to have worked for Thompson's Transfer for 16 years with Bud at the Dartmouth Terminal. Now "Travelling Uncle Bud" is on his final trip. We had some great times golfing, hockey pools, poker nights and for sure memorable business trips and baseball to Boston. He will be missed but certainly not forgotten. Thanks Bud RIP.
