Obituary of Marguerite Helen Lambert

Marguerite Helen Lambert (nee McKay) was born in 1930 in Ellershouse, Nova Scotia and carried her East Coast heritage with her everywhere she went. She is predeceased by her parents Marguerite Helen (nee Demmings) and James Falkner McKay and brother, Jim McKay; sister-in-law, Barb McKay.

Beloved wife of the late William Maxwell Lambert (GLBL), they travelled the word together forming many lifelong friendships.

She is dearly missed by her daughter, Pamela (Ron Reiche) and three grandchildren, Christopher (Hunter), Jonathan (Lindsay) and Jennifer (Steve).

She will be remembered by all her family and many friends.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 1:30pm in the Oakhill Cemetery, Ellershouse. Rev. Kevin Cox officiating. (If you require a chair or umbrella feel free to bring one).

A reception will follow at the Ellershouse Community Hall.

In memory of Marguerite, donations to the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice, Kanata or the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
