Obituary of Beatrice Boylan

BOYLAN (Payzant), Beatrice "Eileen" - 79, of Wile Settlement, Hants Co., passed away, Friday, July 5, 2013 in the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Eileen was the daughter of the late Joel Payzant and Alice (King) (Payzant) Lane. She is survived by sons, James (Heather) Boylan, Martock; Joey Boylan, Wile Settlement; daughter, Patricia Boylan (Wesley Deal), Leminster; grandchildren, Josh and Jonathan, Wile Settlement; David and Sarah, Alberta; great grandchildren, Joel Jr., Emily, Milee; sisters, Frances (Robert) Parks, Lunenburg; Joan (Carl) Schofield, Windsor Forks; Mary Leopold, Evelyn Patterson, Betty (Milton) Schofield, all of Falmouth; Barbara (Roger) Miller, Alberta; brothers, Robert Payzant, Alberta; Alfred (Doreen) Payzant, Falmouth; sister-in-law, Ethel Payzant, Falmouth; step-sisters, Mary and Ann Lane, step-brothers, Joey and Peter Lane and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband, James Boylan; companion, Emery Wile; son, Arnold Payzant; brother, Joel Jr. Payzant; grandson, Joel Boylan; sisters and brothers-in-laws, nieces and nephews.Many thanks to the doctors and nurses at the QEII who provided exceptional care all the way. Thanks to Wendy for her care and support; special friend, Tracy and all her neighbours and friends. She was a friend to everyone. She will also be greatly missed by her canine friends, Rosie and Sandy.Arrangements have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., Windsor (902-798-8317), where visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 10. Funeral service will take place Thursday, July 11 at 2 p.m., in the funeral home chapel, Rev. Bill Gibson officiating. A reception will follow in the funeral home’s Elmcroft Reception Centre. Interment will be held in Centre Falmouth Cemetery, Town Road, Falmouth. Donations in memory of Eileen may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
