Jean and family:
I was stunned to hear from you of Bill`s passing. I would have liked to have at least attended his funeral service. My condolences to each of you. I believe he is where he wanted to be for a long while.
I hope the fishing is good in heaven, because I picture him sitting on a rock with his line in the water,waiting. Not really caring if he hooks the big one or not,just enjoying the peace he so long waited for.

Today I learned that a dear friend and co-worker in the funeral industry passed away suddenly. William "Bill" Power. I had the pleasure of knowing Bill for over 25 years and he was a great man. Beloved husband of dear J.J. who I would come to work with later on when I started my new career at Wal-Mart Bedford, Sackville. A man that always strives to do for others, to go the extra mile, never to rest until his job was done, well done. Bill spent his life serving others in there time of need, a well respected funeral director, Husband, Father, brother and friend. I am sure going to miss the stories, the laughs and the compassion. Bill was also a great teacher, he taught us to love, live life to the fullest and to always show compassion. Rest now my friend, for your job is done, your tasks are completed and you may now move on to your next venture. God bless you Bill and J.J. and all your family during this, most difficult time.

Thinking of you all. So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We had a great chat this morning talking about all the things Bill loved. Anthony has great memories about there many road trips. The subject was always fishing and hunting. They always stopped at Landgel's Store. Trips always ended with an ice cream. He was a true friend and will be missed by all.
