I wish I could have been home for Owen's funeral to give my respects in person. I have such great memories of summers spent with Sheree moving back and forth between Grammie's and Owen and Isobel's. I'm sure it was Owen that introduced me to my love of pleasure horses and waterskiing. I have always been very fond of him.

Isobel, Wanda and Michael please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Owen was a kind man and very well respected. As a little kid I was always in awe of his "big" presence. Although I left Stanley many years ago I still consider that "home" and have clear memories of my time there and the people who were part of our everyday life. I think of Sheree often as well as Lawton and Goldie, Hortense and Wilfred.
Personalities may leave us for awhile but the great memories last forever.
