Many fond memories of Lou and Elaine while we worked together in Moncton and again after reconnecting during retirement in Mahone Bay.
Lou and Elaine were much loved citizens of the town and members of the family of St James Anglican Church. They are sorely missed. Our sincere condolences to all the family.

Lou was married to Elaine, my cousin and Lou and Elaine were godparents to our daughter, Heather.
Lou is remembered fondly as a kind man with a great sense of humor who loved the Maritimes and being close to the sea. He was also very proud of his Scottish heritage, his family originating from the isle of Lewis.
All were always welcome at their house and we have fond memories of them both.
So sad to see Lou pass on. He will be remembered fondly by us all.

My condolences to Lou's family. Lou was my instructor for my Air Force Air Traffic Control course. As well we worked on the same crew in Moncton for several years. Lou always impressed me with his extremely careful approach to this important job. He influenced how I did my work. More importantly this man was a gentleman. It was a pleasure knowing and associating with him. Per ardua ad astra mon ami. See you on the other side.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Lou for a number of years in QMACC. He was a dedicated and competent man liked by everyone who knew him.
Always had a kind word. He loved life as he lived it and enjoyed it all when he could. A friend has passed.
