Dear Beth and Family , Our neighbourhood could not have been blessed with a more gifted talent. Just about every floor in our house has Norm's expert touch. Norm is well respected as pure talent and such a very nice man. George and I and our family send you our warmest thoughts and sincere prayers, and we wish you peace as you navigate this very difficult time.

Dear Beth and family,

We are both shocked and saddened to hear of Norm's passing and want to let you know you are in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult of times. In spite of all the years and miles that have separated us, you both have always held a special place in our hearts and will forever be a part of our lives.

I have always felt privileged to have known Norm and been proud to call him my friend. It has been one of my fondest hopes that we would have the opportunity to all be together again, so now more than ever I will treasure the memories of the special times we shared.

I have no doubt "Grumpy" will be missed in many ways by his granddaughters, but believe with all my heart that he is looking down on them with a smile right now. We are both so thankful that you have your family close now and know they will be your strength and inspiration in the coming days.
