Obituary of Dorothy Elizabeth Billard

It is with great sadness, the family of Dorothy announces her passing, at home in Lakelands, on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. 

Dorothy was the wife of the late Reg Billard and daughter of the late Jack and Ethel Ingraham of Neil's Harbour.

She is survived by her sons, Gordon (Valerie) and Donnie (Melanie), with whom she resided; grandchildren, Jacob, Noah, Daniel and Hannah; seven great-grandchildren and her brother, Don (Jean) Ingraham.

Dorothy was predeceased by her grandson, Isiah; siblings, Helen, Alice, Art and Joe.

Arrangements have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., Windsor (902-798-8317). A funeral service for both Dorothy and Reg will be held in St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Neil's Harbour on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., the anniversary of their wedding day. Burial will immediately follow in the Parish Cemetery followed by a reception in the Church Hall.
