My heart goes out to you Dayle and the family. I had the honor of meeting Blair back in July when I started at the care home. I may not have known him long but he had a tremendous positive impact on my life. His smile would light up the room. His gentle mannerism filled you with ease. He was a good man and I am honored to have been part of his life over the last few months.
We would often eat cookies after his lunch. I would inform him when you were coming to visit or going out for a drive. His face would always light up!
I remember the evening you guys went to the concert on the waterfront. I had picked him out a lovely dress shirt and told him he had a date night tonight with you. I'll always remember the love on his face. It was a beautiful memory.
His love will forever live on in your heart.
He wasnt alone during his passing. I provided him comfort and held his hand. It was peaceful.
May he rest easy and forever live on in your heart and the heart of everyone he loved.

So sorry Dayle, to hear that Blair has passed. It was wonderful to see you both at the family reunion those few years ago, I will remember him from that visit, but.also from seeing him at the Western Tire store.as.a.kid.and then when it moved to the mall, as a young adult. I loved his sense of humor and his caring ways.
