Kate (as you introduced yourself to me when we met at Manchester), you are so sorely missed... you always will be. Your laughter, fast & dry sense of humour, thoughtfulness & unique take on life I will miss the most. Sharing our hopes & dreams; fears too & raising each other up. So many good times & adventures too. That you were with me on the day I met my now husband at an away hockey game, will always be special & I know how much you had wanted to be there when we got married.
I loved hearing about Chloe; sharing your adventures together, getting her involved in baking & telling me about her zest for life; clearly her mother's daughter. I know how much you loved her.
I am so lucky to have had you as part of my life, but goodness I miss you my friend.
Sending love to Chloe and all your family today; I know that it will be hard. And thank you John for passing on such sad news to me last year; I know how difficult that must have been, but I appreciate it.

Our deepest condolences to Catherines family, and friends.
We had the pleasure of knowing Catherine for many years through our times together at the Cellar Bar and Grill, and The Celtic Corner. She was an amazing chef/pastry chef, and had a real passion for perfecting her craft. We were fortunate to have several cakes, made by Catherine over the years, and they were always delicious and decorated beautifully.
She was a great friend, who will be fondly remembered for her infectious laugh, and smile that would make anyones day brighter. ❤️

Dear Family of Catherine, Steve and I are so so sorry for your loss of this remarkable woman Catherine. The Love and dedication she had for her little girl Chloe, shone through her eyes, it was like peeking into her heart. Catherine was a wonderful gardener to our building, making it a Beautiful Place for all of us to call Home. She was a very private person, although, she never shied away from giving a warm smile to all that passed her in our condominium. She will be truly missed by all of us.
