Obituary of Margaret Ann Kay

With sadness we announce the passing of Margaret Ann Kay, age 79, on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at Dykeland Lodge, Windsor, with daughter Jane and granddaughter Kerri-Ann by her side. Born on October 24, 1945, in Glace Bay, she was a daughter of the late John and Catherine (Decoste) Burke.

She is survived by sons, Timmy and Darrell; daughter, Jane; sisters, Paulette, Kathy (Don), Judy (Gary), Therese; brother, Greg (Sue); sister-in-law, Lois Burke; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by husband, Brian Kay; son, Jimmy; brothers, Darrell and Ronnie; sisters Nannette, and Diane; brother-in-law, Andy.

Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., Windsor (902-798-8317). There will be no visitation or funeral service by request.
