I was saddened to hear of Charles' passing. I have known Charles for over twenty plus years and he was a kind and witty man. We worked together on several projects in the Maritimes. He will be missed. Our deepest condolences to his family.

I consider it a great privilege to have known and worked with Charles for over three decades. As a founding partner of what is now Altus, he was a wise mentor to many in the industry, and respected by all. His sense of humor and love of life were as much a trademark as his consummate professionalism. He truly had a passion for the real estate industry and the appraisal profession. The harder the assignment, the more he enjoyed it. My deepest sympathies to the entire Hardy family.
He will be deeply missed, but his was truly, "a life well lived".

Charles has been a mentor and motivator to be the best professional I can be working with him, his brother Neil, and his son James. I have had some great memories with him and will always have positives thoughts about him and appreciated his contribution in my life and with countless others I am sure.

My heartfelt condolences to the Hardy Family at the sad time. I had the priviledge to be hired by Charles to work with him at Hardy Appraisals and have never regretted it for a moment. Charles always made going to work a pleasure and was never at a loss with a good story and a laugh.
He was respected and admired in the real estate industry and will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

A wonderful man. He was a great coach and rugby mentor. I considered him a friend who I thoroughly enjoyed sharing stories with, over a pint at the pub. Pint glass better be filled to the brim! My oldest son thought for many years that Santa played rugby and hung out in Windsor.. He will be missed and remembered by many. Condolences to the family.
