Our sincere condolences to Joyce and the family. We last saw Donnie and Joyce when they were living in Halifax, on Willett Street I think. We have lots of memories from Glace Bay too. It is good to see Donnie live to this fine old age remembering when he had his heart problem quite a while back now. Of course we miss Donnie now and life could never be long enough. Like our cousins, we remember the joking around and all the hobbies Donnie was into.

Sincere condolences to my Aunt Joyce and her family. Uncle Donny was one of my favourite uncles....I remember the beagles he used to raise for rabbit hunting. If one got lost on an outing, Uncle Donny would leave his coat on the ground. The dog would be laying on it the next morning when he went back to fetch it.
Donny was always full of fun and jokes. He will be sorely missed.

Thinking of you all during this very sad time. It doesn’t matter how long we have them with us, we still mourn that it isn’t longer with them in good health. Donald held a special place in Shirley’s heart and we all enjoyed his uniqueness and great sense of humour.

Sending my deepest condolences to the whole family, I absolutely loved my visits with Donnie and Joyce while in their home before their move to dykeland. It was such a pleasure to have met Donnie and tease him. I ended every visit with now Donnie please behave and with Joyce laughing Donnie would respond alright girl.
