I remember when Shirley and Jack lived in East Uniacke and first get together I went to at their place was a brunch.
She was a great cook and first time I ever had her Belgian waffles. Delicious! That is a memory that warms my heart every time I think of her ♥️

Please accept our sincerest condolences for the loss of your Mom. We feel so blessed that we were able to spend a wonderful time with her on the Harbour cruise this past summer. I feel even more blessed knowing that the last words we shared with each other were, "I love you". She was truly an amazing lady.

We are so sorry to hear of Shirley’s passing! She was a wonderful matriarch of her family. Definitely going to miss her in our community. We had so many wonderful times together, from discussing windmills, yoga, importance of B12, to sailing in the Halifax Harbour, 4H, discussing gardening, and homesteading. She’s fed some of our children, taught them to knit, driven neighbourhood kids to events, and she even rescued us off highway 101 when we blew the car engine. She was a wonderful soul that loved her family dearly. ♥️

Beautiful picture of my Mom just before her 87 Birthday. She was having a wonderful night out with her brother Raymond Dupres and sister Sandra and Harry Gaudet. Harry you will always be more like a brother than brother-in-law. Three of the most beautiful people Mom had in her life.
