Dear Mary, You probably don't remember me, but I taught you Grade 9 English in 1958-59. You were in 9A with Prue Wilmshurst and Michael Hansen, a married couple in Truro now and members of my church. I taught Robbie geography in grade eight(homeroom) and English in grade nine.I am so sorry to read about his passing.I did not realize that we were so close in age. I am 73 and retired, of course, from teaching. !958-59 was my first year of teaching after one year at Normal College. I had a lot to learn but I remember the students and school so clearly. I see that you live in Aylesford, where my cousin, Judy Bent Hiltz, lives. She is married to Roy Hiltz and lives on Ernst Drive. I am sorry to read about your loss. Robbie seems to have led a very active and productive life.I am sure that you will cherish the memories.-Wayne

Sorry to hear of Robbie's sudden passing. When we lived in Ellershouse we never had to worry about our driveway not being cleaned out....Robbie always seemed to be there or you could hear the tractor running cleaning out someone else's driveway.....He was a man that seemed to be everywhere always doing something......he will certainly be missed by many...thinking of you all....
